Yes it will be a long case because the most MMX would be willing to accept at mediation is to pay out a few hundred thousand if anything at all, while this would be useless to CHM who need millions just to survive, MMX is never going to give them millions because they beleive that they will almost certainly win a court case or at worst only be forced to payout a few hundred grand.
