CHM will never go belly up while the case exists.
US MMXers just going to have to realise this.
The $2million underwritting will cover the paymets left that will be inforced by the court & any time CHM needs cash they will have a rights issue.
As you all say CHM wont take a small settlement & therefore will have been prepared to go the distance.
Also now they have a time frame to show prospective holders that they will have a result for there gamble in the near future.
The funniest thing i saw though was on the announcement about the rights issue was they are going to use the money basically for legal issues (no dah) but thought why not include Exploration activities (what a joke).
CHM's only exploration costs are the coffee machine @ there lawyers.
