you would never see a settlement without a court case though because there is such a huge difference between paying back a few hundred thousand and the value of Jack Hills. chm could never afford to accept a few hundred thousand and mmx is never going to offer millions (it just isn't worth it for a claim that may either fail to get to court or fail to succeed if it does). This is going to go all the way to court (starting next year according to latest ann. from mmx) it will be a long hall for chm shareholders.
