It’s happened to me many times. The reason is that there is another exchange “chi-x” , many trades probably a third? , go through on chi-x rather than the asx.... I am not 100 % sure how or why this all works but on many platforms ie nabtrade, probably commsec and trade it won’t actually show all the chi -x stuff. If I ring my broker however he can tell me exactly what happened and how many traded etc on chi-x.... even the little screen on the top right here on hot copper shows the total of the chi-x trade.......
