Expansion in jobs is nice but the new hirings are going to impact the bottom line. I can't see operating costs being kept to $7.25mil this FY if the staff count keeps going up. Operating costs were already approx $8.5mil-$9mil last FY.
With increased operating costs, EBIT target will not be hit unless GP ends up higher than guidance to offset these increased costs.
