In a general sense the amount of impurities in the gas flow that is acceptable to be used depends on what the gas will be used for.
Hence domestic gas has to be very pure, large scale industrail uses less so.
Ideally you want no CO2, H20 and gas liquids as it corrodes the metal pipelines etc. So I would assume anything above 20% onshore and say 10% offshore would be too much.
I some digging as I know the Gordon field has lots of CO2 but I can not quite remember the %.

I think the DOIR clerk just put the figure as m3 when back then they measured volume in cubic feet.
