One would think that we should have a counter bid shortly given unless they extend the offer which closes on the 4th November 2009.
No news is good news regarding FIRB and this surely can't be too far off with what will hopefully be a positive answer. Give the percentages of the t/o bid for China Guangdong Nuclear Power Holding Ltd in the Bigryli project I think it will be a positive outcome.

Nice to see JRL get the share price appreciation it deserves given it's valuation based on it's EME and ALY holdings alone put it up to just under the $2 mark. Currently $1.07 or thereabouts.
