Two very different pairs of companies.

I have ever before seen the target company posters/followers on hot copper welcome relish a takeover so much, to acknowledge the price so well, and to welcome entry into the bidder company so whole heartedly.

I very much doubt there will be a rival bid, and I'd be pretty sure Bonwick has put his best and final offer forward, and would go as far as to suggest any higher and he"ll be roasted by his own normally loyal and supportive shareholders.

IGO is the real McCoy, and JML has some good assets, but as an IGO holder not convinced they are worth 30% of our assets and our potential. Sometimes however you simply must give your management the benefit of the doubt, or at least to accept their actions.
