For this company to rise again, you would need something "spectacular" to attract potential investor/s to forgo the first Million dollars of their investment.

Because this company owed its employees, directors and related consultants over $1M (accumulated) in unpaid fees, salaries, super etc, to which they have a legal entitlement.

If you were that potential investor - would you throw away that kind of money ($1M) for a company which has not shown much in the last 10 years?
