Look at the time frame on the litigation, takes 10 yrs to come to a positive (for investors) fruition. That case was particularly savage for early investors. EVM are still under suspension and it doesn't look like lifting out of it for a long time. Class action may not bear fruit for investors, it's a gamble at this stage, I don't expect management to just lay down and concede without a fight. Could be non viable for certain holders.

Sad really, poor form from management. IMO
