I suspect EVM has little in the way of rights or intellectual property.

Enviromission had a non exclusive licencing agreement with Schlaich Bergermann Solar (SBS) (via Solar Mission Technologies - SMT) for the development of solar towers and related technology. This appears to have broken down around 2006.

EVM has one patent for the use of solar ponds with thermal towers but the rest of the intellectual property seems to live elsewhere, mainly with SBS.
