My thinking is that NOX is only pegged to ETH during the presale stages. After this point it would float based on free market movements. Correct me if I am wrong. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense for NOX to exist and have an ICO - gamers can just use ETH in that case. The idea is to give NOX it's own value.

So although initially the price of ETH is relevant (until ICO), we are looking at our own free float and fluxuations post release. Given NOX is specialised in a huge global industry (gaming) I believe it can gain huge demand very quickly from its industry vs the generic crypto currencies.

I agree the last ann is vaguely worded. I think they really got in trouble with the ASX as it appeared ICI is changing the nature of its business. So they had to put an announcement to water things down, IMO only.

I would also like to know how long ICI will be receiving an annual payment for. It definitely sounds like a multi year deal though it hasn't been specified. Also will ICI have to show income as we receive NOX as income or not until we convert to USD / AUD? The next quarterly will be interesting.

One way or the other, there should be plenty of interest and publicity in the leadup and first weeks of ICO. exciting times to be a holder. All IMO
