Knowledge and experience is needed to know which end of the spectrum you are buying and fearless yet compassionate and adaptable skilled staff are needed to collect them. Keith has been around long enough to know how to skill his staff to achieve a result which is acceptable to all including the debt originating company. I was also attracted to PNC for the same reasons as you - I did not enjoy the manner in which my company expected its debts to be collected.
