Methodology does determine valuation, but when you site an example that relates to biological assets as an example these are chalk and cheese and there isn't exactly a choice there...you have to FV. Quintas is a poor example and comparison to this situation.
I am not questioning the efficacy of PNCs operations. The cash flow can speak for itself over term.... however obtaining a qc opinion on a technical accounting matter I still maintain is odd. I believe the market mostly rated the earnings and cash flows - ie result, not a statement that indicated the auditor hadn't received enough evidence from the company or otherwise to form a view on accounting treatment.
