So what PNC are going to sue PWC for not having sufficient information to form on opinion?
Get real, the circumstances you describe could possibly support a class action by existing shareholders but not certainly PNC who have not suffered a loss.
The only person to support a legal case by PNC would be someone who has something to gain from it ie a over priced lawyer who gets paid regardless of the result.
