I think they have up to 30 days to declare.. I do agree about the declaration... However, being in this game for a time now and seeing how it has been done, nothing surprises me anymore. If these guys want to hide something, the toothless mouse called ASX and its brother ASIC are next to useless.
I hope the recent talk of ASIC and ASX being tougher is more than hot air....
