Just sounds like yet another person wanting to blame the outcomes of their bad investing decisions on a grand conspiracy. In my experience, it's rare to see a complaint of market manipulation that's not more plausibly explained by the greed of the person complaining. I mean, how many times do people have to complain about "down rampers ... Why would you comment on a stock you don't hold ...", only to see their warnings come to pass, before they will realise that many of these "down rampers" are just trying to help suckers not get stung?
