Their Iron Ore assets I think was becoming a liability and they were not prepared to spend any more to develop it further after a few very disappointing efforts early day's. The sharp rise in the SP is seen as a commitment become more focused on what they believe is going to elevate the company profile & SP in the short term and money in the bank.
