I'm a bit surprised that the sp hasn't recovered a bit further than it has to date, but realistically, I suppose there has been so much damage done that it will take some time for confidence to return. There is quite a lot of stock coming out, but there isn't that relentless selling pressure we that had before, so that's a change for the better. 

There are still a lot of question marks about U3O8, and VMY, but as these gradually resolve VMY should deserve a heft re-rate, imo.
