I hear from good authority that the ATO has them on a list of companies employing schemes like Chevron to avoid paying taxes by creating vehicles that generate income and then charge interest charges to match that income . Interesting times ahead . It is not going to help them by changing the name from petroleum to corporation .If you feel ripped off as a shareholder, give the Australian Taxation Office a ring and give your opinion on how you have been unfairly treated.This is only my opinion and you must do your own research.
