I feel people are focusing on the wrong aspects of KMC in its prior mismanaged state, to what we have now with Lee, Kwok and Bowman on board.
Alex I hear your points. Firstly on the cash front, the fact is Lee and Kwok are in at 1c. They would not've recapitalised the company (given the outstanding debt, etc) that required servicing, without a plan in place. They will have a number of financing options available and i dont think that would involve diluting their existing position. The existing funds should enable some more resource updates plus more info on getting back into production.
This leads to my next point.Yes the Bullant deposit is deep, but the value is going to really shine through with extensional drilling to the South, East and West. The underground working do provide value, but the prospectivity of the Zuleka shear to the South in particular provides a lot of excitement.
There is a plan here and we are not dealing with inexperienced operators. On a production front, i am confident they will be able to arrange better arrangements given the clout of Lee & Kwok. Bowman will be able to make his input with the services of his underground mining firm.
A lot of burnt investors out there who are getting caught up with the events of the "old" KMC. These guys are here for a reason and clearly did their homework before getting involved.
