I dont think this should be regarded as a regular CR- after all, it was only a couple of investors who took part. Brokers flipping the stock was absent. They could've named their price on the raise and clearly regarded 1c as a great bargain.

Bowman's business, and specifically Bowman have a very good idea on what is a workable underground mine. I don't think someone of his experience pumping in $1m in the recap following earlier investment would do so not having confidence in the asset (excusing poor previous management.)

GBF mining can provide a range of underground mining services, and have worked with names like Newmont and Doray to provide a range of services.
