    I'd guess that with Hillcorp being a private company they would want exactly 0% exposure to the public and so I'd rate the possibility of that kind of move also at zero.

    See my other post for a way for ADI to "save' itself...........

    I have no position in ADI, but I do have exposure to the JV............
