I can't see any other company in Australia being interested in ADI. We might manage a slightly higher offer from AWE ,but ultimately ,they will screw us.We will not get fair value!!
Hilcorp ,knowing ADI is available, will be most aware of the true value and might make an offer.AWE probably wouldn't sell their share, but Hilcorp ( or some other of those in the eagle Ford ) could pick up the 112 million shares and increasing their share of the ADI lease from 10% to 17% approx.If a bid was to come from the U.S. AWE might then decide to make a fair offer.I can't see Hilcorp , for one , letting the chance slip. They will know that U.S.$0.35 is a giveaway price.
