Question 1
What is the process after the possible confirmation of a preferential right to the ML?
From what I have read it seems IRL has already lodged the required forms/clearances...
Question 2
I could be mistaken but I hope the confirmation is enough to bump sp up nicely or would we see a big move upwards only when the ML is actually granted?
