The more I read about Dangote, the more I am impressed. I doubt ELM could find a better strategic partner. They have a cement project going into production in q3 this year.
The Congo officials would look very favourably at Dangote getting involved with our project.

Dangote Group has signed a US$350 million investment agreement with the Federal Government of Congo to set up a 1.5 MTPA capacity fully integrated Cement Plant at Madingou in Republic of Congo.
The project is very significant to the Nation not only to reduce cement imports but also enable Congo become a net exporter of cement while boosting economic growth, development, job creation and income generation.
Major raw material needed for cement production will be sourced from Madingou mines in the near vicinity. This green field cement project is making steady progress with scheduled production target on going on stream in Q3 of 2014.
