Macquarie Bank certainly have the clout to pull off a T/O. Might as well mop up AMP banking division as well to boost the market cap. Suncorp are more interested in their insurance business. SUN might off load their banking arm one day to one of the big boys.
BOQ lack the management skills to pull off a T/O of another company. BOQ badly need skilled directors on their board.
