Dear shareholders, the KBL bleedership are please to announce that we just handed over 60% of your company ownership for $2.5M, on terms that equated to 40-50% discount to our "Strategic investors" buddies (The ones we transferred all of your shareholder money too)...
We are please to announce that we are now in the exact same position as we were prior to the dilution.
Once again, thank you for approving all the resolutions and giving our strategic investor buddies all your money. We will be coming back to you soon for approval to further dilute you another 500% as our strategic investor buddies still believe the shareholders have more money that we can transfer to them.
