Just logged on to CommSec; looked at the KBL announcements saved one as KBL_brawling_with_creditors.pdf.

This is just to jog my memory and is perhaps a bit harsh, but the new KBL management appears quite tough from where I sit and may simply be trying to get some potential vultures to understand that they are part of a proposed menu and therefor need to rethink.

Basically all I infer is that tough negotiations are in progress and a considerable offer or progress has been made with respect to repayments, one should understand that in some jurisdictions after the tired "Why has this matter been brought before me?" the Judge refers the two parties to an arbitrator and goes back to consider important cases.

My sentiment for myself is "hold", for newbies consider a "buy" but keep your portfolio somewhat balanced.
