I still think there may be something fishy about the issue price on those convertable notes.
There is a minimum discount they can apply to the issue of new securities. Applying a discount then rounding down (despite what you voted for) may not be allowed. Anyway that's one for ASIC, Im not educated enough on this. . It would be good if they weren't allowed to get away without repercusions though. They have caused a lot of grief to their holders.
