Last G20 they all agreed on bank bail-ins - so perhaps KBL's partner is asking:
why not tarry a while as the silver may be safer and appreciate in the ground than taking
a haircut on Razoos in the bank? and meanwhile (as others have said) KBL is trying to
surface and breathe air as its top priority.
4. KBL may be subject to further dilution, or debt roll-over - the guys who are owed money probably have enough brains
to realise that a functioning KBL is required for them to have a chance of recovering what is owed, but don't
count on a shareholder slaughter as there are some big boys among the shareholders who along with us "ikan bilis"
are interested in share worth, so I plump for roll-over on quite equitable terms.
