Has anyone thought about the fact that they chose to do such an extensive upgrade to the plant earlier in the year, at such an expensive cost that went over budget? As it could even suggest that KBL are going to acquire more tenements in and around mineral hill? Rather than develop their so called crown jewel Sorby Hills.
