Apparently $400-800m USD (according to afr) which is $500m -$1bn AUD at 0.8. Given current market cap of $3.4bn AUD, it is accretive to shareholder value and would make strategic sense it seems. I'm sure Goldman would get paid more if they recommend a sale so it's probably a given, just got to find the right buyer and fetch a decent price.
