I am now left wondering if the BOD have come to find out what is actually going on in the USA with that FRIVOLOUS ISSUE of Texas we were being told about.

I remember reading somewhere where one of their Lawyers (CTP's Lawyer) in the USA stating in one of the appeals lodged on their behalf that the claim could be as high as $US 60 million or more.......

When I red that, I nearly fell off my chair because I thought all along that it was just for $US 20 millions.

Dear oh me if it is true and if we are to loose, well mate where will the moolah come from.

Plenty of silence around it but it will soon raise it's ugly head one way or another and we will have to handle it in the best way we can.

I wonder if someone else will soon follow those steps which RC took....

Keep your eyes peeled people. Anything could happen IMHO.
