    re: costello will block this... not I recall when the FTA with US was going thru some legal eagle pointed out that it could have an impact in a situation such as this. Free trade also meant free investment & that if blocked they could seek recourse in US courts (similar to AWB is facing)
    Anyone else recall this ?
