Costa' comments will be helpful to ERG in Tcard litigation as he was the then Transport chief who promised to symplify the ticketing system form Tcard.
And now the NSW government' lawyer can not shamlessly says :" This is not in the Tcard contract..."
Guess the new gov must be regretting that it is tooooo late to sitdown with ERG to renegociate a quicker, cheaper and already proved partcially working ERG Tcard system, in term of 100s millions not Billions, in term of 1-2 years rather than 10 years...
