Well RFF 31-Dec NTA was $1.60, which means RFF trades at a premium of 32% to NTA, CGC REIT NTA is $0.79, which means 27% premium to offer price.
So, CGC pays a higher yield and lower premium, all the more reason for RFF to fall or as someone else mentioned CGC REIT to open at a big premium to offer price.
