I wonder how many people posting on CHM/MMX have ever read in full the CHM Statement of Claim.
The two CHM cheques deposited by tenement vendors Zeedam Ltd and Hitch are the simplest traceable transactions and raised issue "what did CHM receive as consideration for this money?"
The CHM share issues after Landon Roberts resigned as NiCu Company Secretary in Feb 2004 are much more complex. No money was ever received by CHM for those share, yet they were issued to numerous parties and sold on market. The SOC details that the proceeds of those sales were instrement in enabling NiCu pay at least the first half of the cash payment to the vendors.
Effectively NiCu would never been able to secure the tenements without CHM cash or issue of their shares.
