I have to agree Barry111, It seems we have won another contract for Whitehaven Coal's rail line.They don't care obviously as i guess no one else will. Reading the Worley update today in which they say they haven't paid facilitation payments for a year.So they were all doing it,and in some way it will continue or business won't get done in some countries. I hope the ex Leighton directors sue the sh%& out of faifax and the reporter who spent six months reading old newspaper articles. Any chance shareholders can sue Faifax as well?
