TB - That is a good question - but back then it was believed that directors and management were doing everything they could to cooperate with investigators. The new allegations are that things have actually been covered up since then, and then there are more allegations on top. Green light for governments, agencies etc and competitors to go for compensation? Every transaction might now be put under the microcope? Is there too much money in it for lawyers too to be ignored now? And where there is money there is strong motivation.

Anyway - I'm not glad about it, but do think shareholders will be hit again today and over the next twelve months or more. I could be wrong as always - but wouldn't want to take the risk with my money.
