Well done Big Daddy l think your posts here on HC gave the BOD the info they needed as to the numbers who would vote for a change. A wolf in sheeps clothing comes to mind.
A change is needed from the total lack of respect and accountability from the BOD to the share holders to communication and transparency. We all want this company to be something to be proud of. Dodgy deals on raising funds with no explanation is not the way to garner support for project financing or shareholder support.
Any prospect source of project funds will go through past history with a fine toothed comb. So many MOU's and nothing told to the shareholders as to their progression. No finance sources would accept that.
I am flabbergasted that pertinent questions raised here were not asked at the AGM. There is nowhere else to ask them as the BOD refuse to answer calls or emails.
Well the thursday meetings went according to the Intel they had but at least we got the renumeration first strike.
We will get there eventually, hang on people. We don't need luck just decent people at the helm.
