I'm still waiting for all those off take agreements to be signed...

I'm still waiting for all those off take agreements to be signed on the other 2 projects we have because they have stated there all lining up for our products in late 2017 and still waiting. As already stated above Ramsden and Marinelli should have been shown the door the day after they got thete claws into the company.  There been very quiet after the shocking deal  somewhere  in Africa I think. In the last few months we have seen companies like this cleaning out the all non performer's.
As this deal will need shareholder approval a big NO VOTE would be a good starting point. If you haven't proved yourself in 8 years you never will in this industry.
