Many of your posts have been fairly positive, and you have clearly invested monies in this one and intend to increase your holdings.
However, why would you send a complaint into ASIC, and then invest in the same company.
All unfortunate Heron shareholders should get on with life.
The IPO was for only $4 million, and in my eyes was one of the best U floats of 2006. As a result, it is clear that several people would miss out on these, including Heron shareholders.
If you look at the Top 20 shareholders, it is clear that not many people got access to this one in the IPO.
I had intentions to send monies as well into the IPO. However, due to the meagre $4 million on issue, quality tenements and outstanding management, I could foresee receiving a nil entitlement.
This one is 26c currently- expect it to open around 28c tomorrow and probably low/mid 30's by weeks end.
Moreover, Heron Shareholders will receive 1 for 12 after 12 months. This includes BHP which under my calculations will make them 3% ownership of EPS in 12 months.
If EPS bring in some good results in the next 12 months, you may see BHP making a play for this one.
