    My guess Cuervo. They are out of money and don't seem to be able to get any, they owe Strike C$5.2m and Strike has a mortgage over 90% of their assets in Peru.

    Cuervo is kind of in a bad position and I am guessing that there is some sentiment that Strike will have a good outcome with this.

    This deal is the only way forward for SRK any time soon - which I figure is Cuervo's major bargaining position.
