Interesting that CAL stuffed up. But to level playing field retrospectively Meltwater needs to pay extra.

However, Isentia has suffered damage from loss of customers.

Meltwater loses money if thought it made on certain customers.

Yet, CAL benefits by getting more fees for being incompetent and causing damaged to both media monitoring companies.

Now the issue will arise if Meltwater does make up CAL previous underchargin.

It will be interesting to see what Isentia gets as compo for these unfair and untransparent business practices has caused.
