So it seems CAL aren't sure which schedule of rates they are charging Meltwater but nevertheless they are generating invoices......Meltwater are so happy with either schedule of rates they are just willing payers...... Isentia continue to pay their full and inflated price and now interim orders are delayed.

Unfortunately currently it would seem other industry participants still maintain a competitive advantage over Isentia.
