Very nice reply, and as governance and related issues are vastly more onerous when you move from small to top 250, it is no wonder that in a year where this occurs, systems can lag development of the organisation for all the right reasons, and audits should also be looked at as an opportunity to improve, not as a punitive tool- its the lessons and going forward that count.
