    The only person doing anything has left the company and they have NO money and NO INTEREST in the projects/ground they have. No announcement until the new deal maker Director (who isn't being paid cash by the way, only options @2c IIRC) finds a no cost bargain that requires no money to explore, just massive dilution for holders
