I must agree with you Da Whippet that having Magna on board was probably the worst decision made my management so far as it seems they have destroyed the share price.

On the flip side, if a significant announcement is released in the near future regarding a gold acquisition, the market may appreciate this and clean out what Magna has to sell.

It's important to note however that 1) Magna can only sell $10,000 per trading day and 2) there are over $100,000 worth of shares to be converted still...
