I used to hold AIV 2 years ago because they hold large land very close to Merlin(IVA), which is valued around 6billion $ (2009).
There are many others in the area successfully drilling (CYU just one in HREE, not holding).
I have no doubt they can find something, its just the cash position they are in that makes for slow going.
I bought in again after the recent interest, my hopes are in the general mineral rich tenements they are holding.
Lets see what the REE story will be...
